Session timing, frequency, and modality selection. What operators need to know to guide clients and optimize scheduling.
The Pinnacle Bed runs 12 to 15 minute full-body sessions. The Summit Pads run approximately 20 minute focused-area sessions. These times are pre-programmed — no manual timing required.
Most operators recommend 2 to 3 sessions per week as a general wellness routine. Some clients prefer daily sessions, especially during initial use. Frequency guidance should be based on individual goals and practitioner recommendations.
From a business perspective, 2 to 3 sessions per week per client supports strong session volume and makes membership packaging practical.
The Pinnacle Bed includes 5 pre-configured modalities. Each adjusts wavelength mix, intensity, and timing for different general wellness applications:
Emphasizes deeper wavelengths (850nm, 940nm) to support general wellness and comfort routines
Balanced 4-wavelength mix with sensor-driven adjustments for post-activity recovery support
Tuned wavelength combination with independent intensity control to support general wellness goals
Prioritizes visible red wavelengths (630nm body, 660nm face) to support healthy-looking skin appearance
Full-spectrum delivery across all 4 wavelengths to support general circulatory wellness
Dahlia provides protocol guidance during training. Staff learn how to orient clients, select appropriate modalities, and answer common questions. The goal is confident, consistent client communication without making specific health claims.
